At Once Upon Prague, we strive to provide engaging and memorable TTRPG and Game Night experiences. Due to the nature of our event-based services, which require advance planning, venue bookings, and staffing, our refund policy is structured to account for these operational considerations.
2. General Principle
All sales for our TTRPG sessions and game nights are final, subject to the specific refund conditions outlined below. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and agree to these terms before making a booking.
3. Refund Conditions based on Notice Period
Refund eligibility is determined by the amount of notice you provide us before the scheduled start time of your booked event.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation and potential refund, you must notify us in writing via email.
The time of your refund request will be based on the timestamp of the email received by us.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request has been approved, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The actual time for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank’s processing times.
6. Method of Refund
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used where possible. As payments are typically made via QR code/bank transfer, refunds will generally be issued via bank transfer to the account from which the original payment was made, or another account specified by you, subject to verification.
7. Event Cancellation by Once Upon Prague
In the rare event that Once Upon Prague has to cancel a session or event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness, technical issues, force majeure), you will be offered:
